Needed to replace two 25 year old systems. Obtained four quotes. Valliere’s pricing is very competitive. Craig listened to my needs and then made recommendations. Workers were on time. Two systems installed in one day. Craig’s team explained the new system operation to my satisfaction. Valliere AC was a good find for me!

Craig and his staff installed a new unit in my home and they were terrific! They were on time, courteous, and very neat in the work they completed. When they finished, I did not even know they had been there. Craig explained how the 2-stage thermostat worked and programmed everything to my liking. Air conditioning goes out mid July. Needless to say very hot time of the year. New to Texas not knowing who to call. Called another company was told I needed to replace the entire unit. Mentioned my problem to another friend and he got on the phone called Valliere Air conditioning and explained the problem. Graig called me within a few minutes. Being so respectful of my situation, on a fixed income do to disabilities. He had his employees at my home within a short time ready to install a new unit. After they evaluate the A/C unit I was told I DID NOT need to replace it. That is what I call HONEST. they could have just replaced it and I never would have known I didn’t need to. These Kind people are fast, dependable, experienced all the way. would highly recommend for all your A/C needs.

First I want to say Craig and his team are LIFESAVERS! My A/C decided the swealtering summer was a good time to go out and on top of that…on a Friday! I quickly learned that it was already after hours for the many other companies I tried calling first. Other places, well their answering services, said I had to wait until the following MONDAY!!! I have infant twins and there was just no way we would’ve survived this August heat in Texas! So I kept trying and reached Craig at Valliere HVAC. I told him about our situation and he immediately sent a serviceman out!!! Who I also couldn’t have been happier with, he was very kind, courteous and professional. I cannot thank them enough! Needless to say my husband and I have been telling all of our friends and neighbors about Valliere HVAC!

Very fast service! Extremely friendly but most important, Craig was honest. We are a single income family, so every dollar counts around here! We have a thirty something year old furnace that he said needed to be serviced and after he looked at it said it was in good condition minus a few small repairs. Had he told me it needed to be replaced when it really didn’t, I wouldn’t have known better and we would have done it and he would have walked away with a lot more money than what he did. In this day and time I find it super encouraging when I come across someone of great integrity… Craig valliere is a keeper and I would always recommend him !

Valliere Air Conditioning has been the one to call for all of our A/C repairs for years. Craig is very good at what he does, he tells you what is wrong and helps to work with you to get the job done. He services our business multi A/C’s and also has installed a unit in one of our employees house. We will not call anyone else. Keep it up, Craig.

Ok … You know how when your AC is out and you’re just desperate to get it fixed so anything the guy says you’ll agree to … Then later you realize they took you for way more than what you should have paid? Well … Craig and staff are amazing and you KNOW they’re leveling with you. I just got New AC system from Valliere AC and it is STELLAR …. I get too cold … In Houston!!! Awesome
