After speaking with him on the phone, he was able to schedule us for the same day. Craig evaluated our entire system, repaired the outside unit, and chemically cleaned the lines. These guys are great, these guys will give it to you strait. Other air conditioning companies i have delt with wanted to sell me a whole new unit for $3,500 with this company not so, I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them in the future!
If you want a company that is honest, prompt,very friendly and will not screw you around you need to give these guys call for sure.

I will only use Valliere AC for all my A/C & heating needs. They have served my rental property needs these past four years and have proven to be honest, dependable, trustworthy and less costly than anyone else I’ve used in the past. When they do a repair, you can take it to the bank.

Valliere Air Conditioning has serviced and repaired my unit for nearly 10 years and I am very satisfied with their service. On occasion I have called on other companies and been raked over the coals, and had Craig come fix what they didn’t. Unlike some other companies ~ he won’t try to sell you a brand new system and will replace or repair the true things wrong with it, saving me a ton of $. He is very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to air & heat and I would never consider calling on someone else. We had our AC go out this year during the hottest week of the year and have had problems since it was installed. We had the original company come out many times and others to fix it only to break again and again. During the hottest week of the year, it went out again and we found Valliere and Craig. It turns out that it probably had some issues since it was installed but no one ever figured out the real problem. Craig came out and stuck with it to find the real problem and fix it right and for good. It turns out many big parts were just flawed and Craig used his influence with the manufacturer to get me a whole new outside unit at no charge. The whole system now actually works better than when it was installed!!!! I should have called Craig 5 years ago and will never call anyone else.

Shopped around a had quotes from 9 different installers. Craig gave me quotes on 6 different options and answered all my questions. His team came out and installed it the next day during 100degree weather and did a great job with our Trane system. Called him the next day and he came back and adjusted the dampners for us. Great service and equipment!
